Global and citizenship with Torbjǿrn Ydegǻrd
Globalization in its literal sense of process of transformation of local or regional phenomena into global ones. It can be described as a process by which the people of the world are unified into a single society and function together.
Citizenship refers to a person's membership in a political community such as a country or city. It has different legal definitions in different countries. In countries with democratic institutions, usually only citizens are allowed to vote, or to carry a passport from that country.
We had to prepare presentation about educational system in our countries, how it looks like. After this presentation I saw many differences between countries. For example we have grades, and we have test every week, our studies are shared for two levels 1)it is bachelor degree and 2)master degree. Usually it takes 5 years to get higher education.

Special needs is a term used in clinical diagnostic and functional development to describe individuals who require assistance for disabilities that may be medical, mental, or psychological.
We had special needs in week 9 ,we learned how to work with children with learning difficulties especially with attention deficit disorder. Teacher showed us how to make children relaxed on lessons if they have such problems. They have special massage for children called tektil massage. Every time when student starts to became uneasy teacher turn on the music , strike a candle and do special atmosphere which helps children get relaxed.
We saw movies and pictures how teachers works with children, how classrooms looks like ( students have to have special separates places in each class to be more concentrate on lesson).
Another thing was that we sit in a circle and play a lot of different games. I think that sitting in ring is good solution because everyone have to take part in conversation , and everybody is equal.

We have Danish lessons since we came here, our teachers Christine M.Olsen and Signe Bekker do their best to explain us basic worlds from this difficult language( the second hardest language in the world after Chinese of course). When first lesson begin they invited us very warmly and baked a cake even for us which was so delicious. Then we started to learn hardly Danish language. Here are some worlds which I succeeded to learn :
Hvem – Who , Hvornǻr- When, Hvad hedder du ?means what’s your name , Jeg kommer fra Polen – I’m from Polen , Jeg hedder Marlena – My name is Marlena, Jeg er 22 ǻr, Tak –Thank you, Mǿjn – see you (typical only for this part of Denmark).
It’ is obvious that three months it is not enough to learn Danish, but anyway I’m so happy that we had this lessons not only worlds and grammar , but we learned a lot about culture ,habits, traditions of Danish society it gave me bigger knowledge how does it works.
Thanks to Christine for all that she did for us for this three months.
Tak.
